Coaching
One of the core principles of coaching is based on empowering the client and believing that the client holds the answer to their own question. The purpose of coaching sessions is determined by the client themselves, so the coach, by asking questions, helps the client to explore the question, gain motivation to solve it and identify the first steps towards a solution.
Confidentiality is a key element during the coaching process.
What to expect?
Coaching results and tangible changes are typically noticeable after five coaching sessions, so the minimum initial number of coaching sessions is set at three-five. During the first coaching session, you'll get acquainted with the coaching method, discuss the principles of working together and start talking about the question you've brought in. In subsequent coaching sessions, you will choose the question you want to discuss—it can be related to the initial inquiry, but it can also be a new question. The first three coaching sessions take place weekly, while the fourth and fifth sessions occur every other week.
After completing all five sessions, you decide whether you want to continue with more sessions.
