About
I am a strategy and transformation leader with 16+ years of experience helping organisations navigate complexity, deliver large-scale transformation and translate strategic ambition into measurable business outcomes across the financial services, global manufacturing and public sector.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of business strategy, organisational transformation and technology, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategic direction, redesign operating models, strengthen organisational capabilities and align investment with business priorities.
My experience includes leading the transformation of an 800-person technology organisation, building and leading a 12-person global transformation function supporting a 4,000-person organisation, and shaping investment prioritisation across multi-million-euro portfolios. I have also contributed to major public-sector programmes, including shaping an €80m budget and delivery model in the context of Lithuania's EU Presidency.
Currently, at Johnson Matthey, I work across enterprise strategy, business transformation, operating models, technology and AI, helping connect strategic priorities with organisational capabilities, investment decisions and execution.
