     Helping others has always been an important aspect of my life. Focus on value creation led me to a leadership positions within international financial organisations where I was responsible for creating and implementing strategic initiatives in the IT sector. Business transformation, strategy development and execution, project and programme management, working with teams and executives have provided me with comprehensive experience. My desire for further development led me to the International Coaching Community (ICC) coaching trainings. Previously sceptical about coaching practices, I now understand the powerful impact of a well-posed question. Sometimes, that's all it takes to initiate a change.
